Caregivers are available to provide assistance that allows many elderly people to remain at home. Home Health Agencies are responsible for hiring and paying caregivers, (Certificated Nursing Assistance or Home Health Aide). This caregiver is independent contractor they must provide his/her training or qualification, background screening check level 2, local record and all information that the agency requires.
